Different behavior of google depending of country and proxy

    I am now finding this new interesting behavior on google

    For my keyword my site is on 7th page if google.it
    If I use straight google.com I get to last 3rd or first 4th page.
    If I use google.com with an US proxy, then I am on top of second page.
    First page is the same for all combinations.
    It looks like google.com also takes into account about the IP even if try to override this.
