Differences in displaying list tags in IE and Opera.

    Hello community,

    I’m a webmaster of the http://www.a7soft.com site.
    I am using ‘ul’ and ‘li’ tags and a7soft.css file but IE and Opera display this page in different ways.
    How can I force them to display this page correctly.
