TemplateMonster.com has two different templates, REGULAR PRICE template and UNIQUE PRICE template. What's the difference(s) between these two?

The difference in price is huge. For example, ...

REGULAR PRICE template costs 63 US Dollars while UNIQUE PRICE template costs 2300 US Dollars.

The unique template price is exclusive to the buyer, where the regular price template can be re-used HTH

Pay Unique price, they take it off there site. Sure, others may have bought it previously, but it makes it so people won't be able to buy it anymore, so, it stays as unique to your site as possible :D

This price is best payed when they put up a new template that you like, so that way you ARE the only one with it :D

If you pay the unique price then it means that only you will have that template, paying the other price means that anyone can go there and buy the same template.
