Difference in Indexed URL ON Google

    Hi ,

    I am using Xml-Sitemap.com Generator to generate sitemap for my site and submit it to Google Webmaster Tools !

    URL Indexed : 1970 when i check Using Site:www.domain.com
    URL indexed in Google Webmaster Tools are shown 5000+

    Why difference in both results !

    so google is giving you more love than domain.com. Good for you. lol. Maybe that's because that tool is not very accurate.

    Probably the tool is not that accurate. But do not care about it . Worry about getting traffic instead.
