    Just make sure to use same one all the time. You can change text or keywords for link but use same url do not have both.

    They are equally good, it doesn't matter. The IMPORTANT thing is to be consistent.

    ALWAYS try to use the same link format, so you don't risk the engines seeing your 2000 links as say, 1300 to 1 page and 700 to another. This especially applies to www. and non-www.
