Difference between Search Engine Optimization and Strategic Search Engine Optimzation

can anyone tell me about difference between Search Engine Optimization and Strategic Search Engine Optimization. I want to know about this.

Considering the fact that SEO should always be performed with a careful strategy, adding the term "Strategic" to the beginning doesn't really mean much.

 

SEO is where you do the task for your link-building while Strategic Search Engine Optimization is the where you do a plan and put strategy into it to make it much worthy and effective.

Their is nothing different between them. It is same thing, only their is different in name.
