Difference between Reciprocal Manager and Link Management Assistant?

    What is the difference between Kevin L. Ocasio's
    Reciprocal Manager and Duncan Carver's
    Link Management Assistant?
    The only difference I can see is the price.

    Has anyone got nice experience with Duncan Carver's
    Link Management Assistant? Is it carry any kind of
    advertising? I mean a footer link or something?

    Please share your experience.
