Reciprocal links - The links have been built mutually.
Regular Links - The links from Article submission, directory submission, Blog posting, social networking etc.

Reciprocal links are those when you submit your link to one site and they require to put up their link on your site. Regular links are one way links only.

A reciprocal link simply means that two websites are linking to each other. Both sites generate traffic for each other simultaneously. A non-reciprocal link refers to a website that links one-way. A good linking strategy is to create as many inbound non-reciprocal links as possible, with some strategically chosen reciprocal links as well.

Websites that are one -way linked are known as Non Reciprocal links. While a reciprocal link refers to the websites that are interlinked to one another.
