    PPC = pay per click
    PPC generally refers to the overall industry of paying for traffic.

    CPC = cost per click
    CPC I refer to as a measurement of how much a click costs.

    where advertisers pay their host only when their ad is clicked is called pay per click (PPC) and where an advertiser pay to Internet publishers based on the number of clicks a specific ad gets is called the cost per click (CPC).

    PPC means Pay-per-click advertising, is a form of online advertising whereby visitors are directed to an advertiser's website after clicking on an advertisement, and the advertiser pays for each visitor on a per-click basis.
    Cost per click (CPC) is the amount of money an advertiser pays to search engines and other Internet publishers for a single click on its advertisement that brings one visitor to its website.
