difference between paypal Personal and Premier account

Thank you, this is what i was looking for.
Currently i am using paypal personal account to sell/buy stuff like website. So, i think i should upgrade my account to premier one, right ?
I am not concerned about how much fees deducted by paypal, rather i want to make sure that my paypal account doesn't get block, as i am full-time freelancer and paypal is only option I have.
Checking on the PayPal User Agreement.

 

Lol..funny paypal cant even follow their own rules , they could have allowed 2 accounts under one pan which would have solved the problem.
