difference between pagerank in google sitemap and toolbar pagerank

i have two websites.
website1 -
1 1/2 year old
toolbar PR is 0
sitemap PR is Low - half fill

website2 -
7 months old
toolbar PR is 1
sitemap PR is Low - 90% filled (obviously very low)


is there anyone that can explain me what google sitemap PR is for?

ive been using a sitemap for a year but i still cant understand sitemap PR

Just get links to your site and submit your optimized google sitemaps to the sitemap admin areas (Google Webmasters, Yahoo! site explorer, etc.). The PR in your admin area on Google Webmaster = the PR toolbar stats. These stats will fluctuate and your site should grow in the rankings if you get authoritative sites linking to your site.

 

How does gchrome work when it comes to sitemaps, or are they unrelated? Anyway I think gchrome rocks!!

What is sitemap PR is Low?

 

Google PR is calculated in every 3 months or 6 months according to its popularity.

Toolbar page rank is intentionally always out of date, Google advice is not to worry about page rank.
