    I've this in an ebook:

[YES] Can sell Master Resale Rights
[NO] Can sell Private Label Rights

    What does that mean?

MRR means that I can sell this ebook to be selled again, isn't?

    What can't I do?

"Master Resale Rights" mean you can resale the ebook to other people. Other people that purchase the ebook from you can also sell it to others.

This is different from "Resale Rights" only, where people that purchase from you can't resale it to others.

Private Label Rights (PLR) mean you can do anything with it. Customize it, claim you're the owner of the ebook, turn it into other media like audio and video and the list go on. Every PLR seller do have their own restriction, better read the license first before you do anything with it.

MRR give you the right to resell the ebook but not limited to claim you are the writer of the ebook and edit the content of the ebook

With master resale right, you can sell the books, grant your buyers resale and even master resale rights but not editting or claiming them as your own work. PLR, however, does.
