After reading another thread here in this category. I am confused how both are differentiated. Do they violate TOS. because i have seen websites with just TITLE and one HEADING only. and then series of Adsense Blocks
I think there is a high correlation between the two but does not have to be. I could scrape your content and put on a site that did not run adsense or Yahoo equivalent. Conversely I could throw together a MFA site with little conten but write it myself without scraping. Most made for adsense sites, however, are thrown together in a hurry with scraped content. Sites with just TITLE and one HEADING only and series of Adsense blocks are either under construction or MFA in my estimatioin. Shannon
DP's beloved Amit Patel is back http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=39118 To know what a MFA is, check out www.pctechinfo.com To know what a MFA cum Scapper site is ....check his signature
It's not a scraper site, but it sure is MFA - I'm not sure I've ever seen so many adverts in one page, at least not for quite a while.
DOH, I only looked at the one in Amit's sig. It's still not what I call a scraper site - it's a complete fishing copy. This is more like what I call a scraper site http ://www. try-online.com/plasma/directory/lcd-plasma-television-television . html
Yeah , theres no definitive answer on what an MFA site is.. the 2 above from Sachin's post although it does have a lot of advertisements on it,, at the same time it has other information on the site (regardless fo if it is scraped or not) which basically means that it doesn't break the TOS. Just having supplemental results doesnt make it a MFA site. I do agree the site is heavy in ads, but I don't see where that site breaks the TOS.
Scraper sites are a subset of MFA sites. I imagine that Google likes to keep the exact definition of MFA vague as it gives them the leeway to deal with creative individuals who come up with new and unforseen ways of abusing the system.
Because of multiple personality disorder.. He was sharing his personality with miranda!!! the Rep whiner. And This is the worst Ad placement I have ever seen.
Webmaster, If that's the worst placement you've ever seen, you should get around more I used to frequent the critique forum at Joel Comm's Adsensechat forums, and there were lots and lots of doozies there.
