    Internal links are links withoin your site pointing to your own pages.
    External links are links from other sites pointing to your site..

    If you have a website that has a link pointing to your website then that is an inbound link. If you have a link on your website pointing to another website then that is an outbound link. If you have links on your website pointing to other pages on your website then those are internal links. Hope that helps!
