Difference between fast and slow submissions?

I've seen some people offering the option of slow submission (for one way links).

Is this more effective in improving search rankings?

    Thanks for any help.

If you are talking about sending your site to directories it means that your site will be safer and not penalized by search engines. If you have a new site I don't recommend you to send it to directories as site are penalized in this way often. It is not natural to get 50 backlinks with the same anchor from the same kind of directories.

I can give you an example..If you use quick submission e.g 25 submissions at 4:55 to 5:00Pm then Google will look how you got those quick links either these links are paid or you use any software for submission to sites..Like software available for article submission..You may got penalize if you got by Google for using Black Hat techniques..So slow is better but required patience

When it comes to link building, slow is always better.

Any sudden increase in your backlinks might trigger spam alert.

Remember, we only want to increase our ranking and not to get penalties.

    Hi,
well said. By fast submission you would always be a chance to be banned, because it doesn't look like manual submission and Google can ban for this.

The paid ones will be listed in the directory very soon and the free listings will take some time to go.The paid listings are the long lasting one.
