difference between dofollow and nofollow

I agree, and here is why:

When people that use Google Toolbar visit a site after they followed a NOF link, their activity is being noted by Google (that uses the toolbar to gather info about our surfing habits) and thus - you can't say that NOF links have no value at all. let's say there is one NOF link that brings lots of traffic to a website - Google will take into account the fact that lots of traffic is visiting a certain webpage, and hence - with time it's relevancy grade should improve.
