difference between do follow and no follow backlinks?

    Do Follow links help in the SEO and PR,etc for the site.
    No Follow links are just for the traffic and sake of linking or so.

    Do Follow links are far better than No Follow.

    The DP signature is Do Follow which is useful for the PR and so on. and sites like BlogCatalog, etc are no follow and just count as links linking to your site.

    No Follow - doesn't give any sense. Search engine grabbing such url as regular text. Not effective.
    Do Follow - is normal valuable URL. Effective.
