I'm not sure what your talking about, I read the tos for this and didnt see anything about it. https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=96332 Maybe your talking about live links and just text only links that are not html clickable?
those are coming from expired traffic. tos says you are not supposed to make live links for adsense for domains
