Difference between changing name servers and transferring your domain??

im planning to migrate to Hawk Host, the first step asks me whether i am changing the name servers or transferring my domain.
It so happens that i currently have website and i plan to shift that to the new host, please tell me what option i have to choose

 

Since you have a running website you want to change the name servers only unless you are not satisfied with your current domain registrar then you might want to transfer your domain to your new host although having your hosting AND registrar with the same company is usually not a good idea.

 

If you are just moving your website to a new host, you just need to change the name servers.
