Difference between Caching and Indexing Backlins

    Hi,
    I have posted backlinks of my website on pages that are cached in Google.I have checked those pages after some time Google cache them but do not cache my backlinks.I am not able to see my backlinks in backlinkwatch.com. When Google will index my backlinks?
