Diferences my page views and Adsense page views

According to my site stats, I always have more page views then my Adsense page views. Very often it is somewhere 20-30% lower. Each page has an Adsense ad and a link unit.

Because each page has an ad, it should be the same. My site page views are not included search spiders. They are real visitors.

So 100 page views in my site stats are around 75 page views at my Adsense account. How is this possible? Are some page views not logged by Google?

None of my stats ever seem to add up. Not sure why but I have wondered if PSAs get counted as impressions.

You'll drive yourself crazy comparing stats. This has been explained many times. Google doe not count the same IP as a new page view within a certain timeframe (say, every 30 minutes). Your stats timeframe might be set to count a new pageview every 15 minutes.
