I'd like to get the appraisals for some of these domains that I own DietaryTablets.com - Diet Pills are a huge affiliate marketing industry and this is an exact domain name, and Google recongize tablets as Pills in their search. DateMyRoommate.com - Could be used as a site like HotorNot or other quick dating site or an iphone app. BookAnyTrip.com - Could be used as a travel guide, great name for an online travel agency or anything travel related. TicketLocater.com - Similar to TicketMaster.com, this domain can be used as hunting last minute great seat tickets. BarCrawlr.com - Good for a all-info guide to bars everywhere and a bar-hopping guide or a bar iphone app. CarPolls.com - Polling about cars. Dormrate.com - Could be used as a comprehensive guide for Dorm fees for all universities across the U.S. RentMyBag.com - Bags rental, rent a bag, ..etc. are searched frequently and this domain would be great for hangbag rental/share biz. An exact match that no one searches for. So, it just has value as a brand. It's not worth much over reg fee undeveloped. A nice enough name, but a bit long (DateMyRoomie.com is available at the time of typing). Again, not really worth much undeveloped, though. I rather like this one as a brand, at least for using in marketing (it's like a cool slogan "book any trip", a promise to customers/potential customers), even if it's not the company's actual name, but it's hard to place a price. You just have to be lucky enough to find a buyer, as I don't think there will be many (it really needs to be a travel company). Mid $xx to low $xxx. It is a typo of ticketlocatOr.com, so I would personally not bother with it. A bit too similar to barcrawler.com, so it's going to miss out on type-ins. As it stands, no value, but it's a cool name with potential (more so if you couple it with barcrawler.com). A nice and short domain name. Best one out of the lot. It's not a keyword domain really (as so few searches), but a great brand and idea for a site. The potential to be popular and make a lot of money if marketed right. However, I don't see much value undeveloped vs developed. As it stands mid $xx, maybe low $xxx if you find a buyer who can see the potential and willing to take a gamble. Much more if developed (note just put a site up, but market it, get traffic and activity, too). dormrates.com is available, which would be much better. Seems like a site that would require a lot of effort though, and need to find something better than Adsense. What keywords are you going to go after? Do they get many searches? I don't think the searches are out there to make it worthwhile. Worthless. For example, "bag rentals" is searched 28 times per month. I have a feeling when you did your research you didn't select Exact for the match type. A mistake many people make at first. If possible, get a refund on some of these, if not all (except for carpolls.com and maybe bookanytrip.com - depends on how much effort you want to put into finding the right buyer).

Believe it or not, I reg'd them all in one day, that is yesterday night! when I surfed through a portfolio of a domain seller and found some of the good domains are not registered at all, so I reg'd them all and total cost me only close to $10 because of several godaddy coupon codes! Just looking to flip them all for a few hundreds!! P.S. I definitely think I will keep carpolls.com and bookanytrip.com for the long haul to make big money later developed or not. But def. looking to flip some of the less valued domains for $xx at least. if anyone is interested, please reply and let me know!
