Selling Diet Site - 3 years old, $100 per month

    This is a site I had as part of a package on sale last week, unfortunately the buyer couldn't raise the money he thought he could raise, so therefore he only took one of the sites and I am re-listing this one.

    I need funds for a new project, and therefore it is urgent that I sell this one very quickly - I have put the BIN at $1000.

    This site makes around 130 dollars a month, but I have stated $100, because I can't be absolutely sure how much it makes on diet sales, as I had it bundled together with my other site, therefore I cannot show proof of how many sales of the "10 Day Easy Diet" came from this site, as I never tracked. Until just a few weeks ago I did not have any intention of ever selling either site.

    The site receives about 80/90 UV per day, this is all natural search engine traffic, I have never promoted the site.

    I have attached screenshots from my adsense account for this site (Please note the account is in euros) and the traffic stats. As I said i have no reliable proof of affiliate sales, but I think from the traffic stats one can realize sales are made.

    (The adsense stat screenshot is from the auction last week) I am in a bit of a hurry to do another one now, but I am sure you will get the idea, it averages about $2.50 per day with adsense.

    Sorry, I wrote it in a bit of a hurry - the screenshots are attached now and I have edited the description, it is $2.50 per day on average.

    OK, have added a better screenshot for the adsense stats.

    The stats are from the beginning of 2010, it has made 256 euros from 4 different channels I have used on the site, according to Xe.com that is 340 dollars, or on average 70 dollars per month.

    Again, I estimate other diet sales to be around $50 from this site monthly, but cannot prove that due to sales being mixed in with other channels.
