Selling Diet Niche - 8 unique articles - Using Vbulletin and VBadvanced Software

Hi,

I need to sell my website since I need money for my new project. I spent alot of time to work on it. Planning to keep it as a long term website, but now need to sell it fast for emergency cash.

It's google rank 3 for the keyphrase "loss weight diet guide"

It contains about 100 articles and 8 of them are unique. 2 articles accepted in ezinearticles and 8 of them in articlesbase.com. You could also submit them to any other popular article directory for link back and traffic since they're unique and will belong to you. The articles will be soon indexed by google. I will provide some more unique diet articles for winner since I have them here and didn't have time to add them.

It's also running adsense. For the new owner, only need to change the adsense to your adsense ID in the vbulletin admin area in order to show your ads on all the articles in there.

The site using Vbulletin and Vbadvanced link directory, which I purchased for about $250 total just last month.

It's a great and unique site. I wouldn't sell it if I don't need emergency cash.
