I'm just curious, is it safe if we take honey while at the same time we also have hypertension or diabetes? Because I heard some people said it is not recommended to do so. As far as I concern, honey is a great medicine. I just want to help other people. Thanks....

honey for high blood pressure is fine. do not take it for diabetes, you should minimize sugary foods.

Why don't you take your family doctor's advice ? He will give you a better advice, I think. The only thing you would to do is to pay fees for that to the doctor. :D
