IMO that's the worst job a guy could have...low pay + no future....but seem like everyone i know had once worked in those place I once work in Carvel and i hate that job so much. Too bad adsense wasn't there at that time. I guess adsense did save many teens from Mickey D
I had no (ad)sense when I was a pup. McD was about the only place to work in the small town I grew up in.
That no future statment is way off base... Not that I'm saying they are the best places to work, but I would imagine lots of the millionaires that now OWN a McD's at one point in their life worked in one. In any event, I did the grocery store bit when I was younger. Your future isn't a primary concern when you are 15, that paycheck at the end of the week is..gotta get a set of wheels somehow.
Those are like .0001% of all who once stuck in a fast food joint...but think about it, if you got fired from Mickey D, what can you do? Working in Taco Bell? Not only they pay you the mininum, they also teach you the minimun...I always go to the same KFC and there is a girl working for three years already...i just feel sad about her
I started making my website because i hate working fast food... My site isn't profitable yet, so i still am working.
I'm vegitarian, so it would be stupid for me to work at a fast food resturant xP "I'm not serving you meat! Ewww!"
lol, my friend is too but she worked there, for much the same reason, not many choices for high school kids BUT she never handled the "meat"
and on top of that ppl treat u like crap...lucky i never worked in one...i worked in factories when i was young
When a friend of ours first started down MankyDs we used to take a p*ss out of him. Now he is the are manager. I Have never worked anywhere close to food...
If she feel happy about working in a KFC, that's even sadder I have to make ice cream cone when i working in Carvel. It was so bad because... my boss is always watching if i make the cone too big. if i make the cone small the customer is going to yell at me(we have a scale in store and we have to weight the cone if the customer requested). ppl with weird order (once a guy ask for 4 different kind of sprinkle on 4 different side of the ice cream..i made it and got 5 buck for tips) kid running and screaming the worst is that you have those kid from your school who just come to fxxk with you
i worked in a taco bell knock off and it was alright, except one day the power wne out and the owner got a generator and forced me to make burritos in the dark shop with a hot plate and a spot light.......horrible but met alot off good ppl there....
What's so sad about that? Everyone has different goals in life. There was an interesting docco on tv tonight talking about Frank Lowe (hugely successful businessman here in Australia) He was a factory worker in his younger years so what you do when your young means shit
I also have never worked in a fast food joint i don't know if i could actually walk through the doors with a resume
Mm. I have never entered to the fast food joints for working, i should say i am lucky in this matter. My parents never shows that way to me to earn and stand on my own feet. However, its my responsibility to stand on my feet, so done some hard work, i settled in a software industry So, i only go to fast food joint for parties
