I did. Dubai is nice to visit once but would not want to stay there for an extended period of time. It's a Muslim country which creates a whole lot of problems so all people from civilized countries should be very careful. People have been banned for having a poppy seed on their clothes from a bun they have eaten at the airport in London or for having a microscopic spec of marijuana stuck to their shoe. Or that British woman who was arrested after being raped by a waiter. As a webmaster, you will want to run away from Dubai as soon as you got there. Censorship is through the roof. My brother sent me a link to show me a t-shirt he bought - it was censored. MP3 website - censored, anything that has but a hint of having anything to do with mature subject matter - censored. Half the internet is censored in Dubai which is bull$hit. Add to it the fact that it's so hot and humid there that once you step a foot outside of an air conditioned space and you're drenched in sweat, then all the dust will collect on you and pollution will suffocate you. Again, it's nice to visit Dubai, but it's a big pile of crap to stay longer than you have to and be very careful just as you always have to be when visiting Muslim countries.
well i visit everyday coz me living here itz 15 yrs but ya i suggest u guyz 2 visit here itz kool place n beautifull specially burj khalifa tallest building
I travel around the world but don't feel attracted to UAE. Because I spend so much time on the road, I mostly stick with reasonably safe countries. Whole Middle East is a bit of whack. If I find myself in Dubai, I'l try to make the best of my time and dart off. Don't forget about the torture performed by the Sheikh Issa. Don't support countries that support torture.
