    I have 1 year web constantly in google page 1 but since penguin have dropped leaving zero traffic :(
    my advice, avoid cloaking links, decrease keyword density and keep updating your site. cmiiw.

    I lost ranking for around 15 keywords within a week of Penguin updates that Google announced on 24th May 2012.

    Thereafter, I again lost rankings for another site in next week...

    But after that there was no other rank drop. I guess it was all to do with the excessive linking and duplicate pages in the site.

    My some sites goes done but not by many keywords. And i also gained ranking on other keywords.
