    You cannot create a New Folder in windows by the name 'con' (also PRN, AUX, NUL, COM1, COM2, COM3, COM4, COM5, COM6, COM7, COM8, COM9, LPT1, LPT2, LPT3, LPT4, LPT5, LPT6, LPT7, LPT8, and LPT9 ).

    Try it, you know you want to. ;)

    I have read about the explanations and solutions.

    yes you are right , those are the internal terms used by windows operating systems , since there are internal resource allocated like memory and ports on these names
