    Hi guys,

I want to ask something just of curiosity, did you ever made any sales or profit with direct linking? All the gurus recommeds using Direct Linking for market tests. I never had success with direct linking! However, when I started using landing pages things became proffitable...

Do you have the same experience?

Im direct linking and not getting a great return for the number of visitors im sending. 1 or 2 sales per thoousand

So im now looking at sending everyone via a landing page first.

I made some sales with direct linking, but as you said, landing pages are better.
    Keep going with what works.

Landing page may work if you can market it better than the publisher . If you are weak in making a sales page better send them directly. .Just my thoughts . some body needs to correct me if I am wrong.

I didn't know about landing pages for a long time, I get 1 in about 50 through direct linking + PPC. I thought that was the point of a sales page, to sell it to the customer.

    Yeah, you right.
The purpose of a sales page is to sell and the purpose of a landing page is to presell. :)

It depends. I think landing pages are extra necessary in super saturated niches. Where the publishers sales page is like all of the others. With a landing page you can PPC target a niche within the niche and then presell why this ebook does better for this little group of people.

I've had many sales and profitable campaigns from direct linking.....however, you must be very precise in the products you select and the keywords you choose....when you direct link you are looking for ready to buy already sold customers...you are not looking for someone who is still comparing or searching....thanks, carnano

I am currently using direct linking, but I think that results could be better if I had my own landing page....
