Sometimes i have insomnia, its bad for me.. especially when in the day, I always feel sleepy and body ache..
Sometimes I have trouble sleeping at night but it doesn't bother me much -- I just focus on working on something until I get tired.
I often have problems sleeping, sadly. I'm a light sleeper in the first place, but with depression and grieving last year, it came to the point where I wasn't sleeping at all. No, it wasn't good.
