Did you got your Adsense Pin? If not, then not to worry

    Normally when new user create Adsense account they don't know about tax information. Please Change your tax information to non US, which is now US. If you belong to US then its ok. If you will not change , you are asked to submit your government ID and all, which is not required for an non US citizen. I hope this will help you.

    i think all of you got your adsense pin, but if anybody don't have then he or she can ask
