Did you get banned from AdSense?

Hey there everyone! =)

So I just finished writing another part of my AdSense series.
This one is about common mistakes that can get you banned from AdSense.

The reason I'm sharing this is because A LOT of people here on DigitalPoint are
complaining every day that they have been banned or warned by Google, and the main
reason is that they don't take time reading the Terms in the first place.

I this article I have written down all the problems that people have had when they
personally contacted me though my website. It's a pretty long list and it took like an hour to write. xD

(Might be some spelling mistakes)

I would love to get some feedback on it. Is there any common mistake that I have
missed?
