did you encounter paypal chargeback problems

i encountered the problem ,i found some info on paypal's site,but i also need some advice from someone who is experienced in it

 

Had that in the past. You basically got to provide delivery evidences such as the postage slip or something to defend your case.

 

this is why paypal sucks. they ALWAYS favor the buyer

 

Pretty much all merchant accounts favor the buyer. PayPal is no different.

 

Credit card is also the same, they favor the buyer. Remember what they say 'the customer is always right'.

You can look for a paypal alternative.
