    I deducted both reg fees and hosting:

    GoDaddy Reg Fees: $3,739.75
    Dedicated Server: $4,200

    You did right... When i was in US, I also used to show profit as = Total Sale-All expenditures...
    Now My US taxable income is not good enough to file for it...
    This is fine....
