So you mean that photos are fake, satellite pictures are fake, evidences are fake oh you mean the program is all fake ok. Flag is actually tied up the the guy and he is moving around the flag to move it. Niel Armstrong couldn't make the plane fly on earth but he made it 6 times with no errors at all. I beleive in what i see not what Fox says. ;)

    I didn't say that..

now where do you think it would be harder to fly the LEM...earth or the moon where gravity is 1/6th that of earth...

ummmmmmmmmmmm it doesn't take Albert E. to run that one through the HP calculator ;)

Let's see, the Soviet Union was at the time the arch rival/enemy of the U.S. They had the technical ability to listen in on every single conversation taking place between the Apollo astronauts and Mission Control. They had the technical ability to triangulate the source of radio transmissions. They had the technical means to expose any U.S. fraud in regards to the moon landings and a vested interest in exposing any U.S. fraud or hoax. Yet they didn't discredit the moon landings and they acknowledged that the landings took place. Doesn't seem a slight bit asinine to be trying to claim the whole moon landings were a hoax when the USSR acknowledged they happened even when doing so would be a blow to their national pride? Heck the USSR had their own probe crash into the moon at the same time the astronauts were landing on the moon for the first time.

Conspiracy theorists who try to claim man never landed on the moon are morons who make stuff up while ignoring obvious evidence. They should be brought to central places forced to where dunce caps and ridiculed in public.

There have been a total on 6 Apollo missions that have landed on the moon. If they faked the first one and pulled it off why would the go to the bother of faking 5 more after that. One extra I could understand, 2 possibly, but 5?

Oh and one of those missions left a mirror on the moon pointed back at earth so that scientists could shoot a laser at the moon to measure the exact distance from the moon to earth. The fact that any group of scientists (e.g. Soviet scientists) could point their own laser at the moon and reflect it off of this mirror mean that any group of scientists could easily prove or disprove that man did land on the moon. Don't people think that if the Soviets couldn't locate the mirror that was supposedly placed on the moon they would have taken this as a great opportunity to make the U.S. space program look like a bunch of frauds?

Come on people put some brain cells to work.

Some interesting opinions from both sides of the debate in this discussion on whether the moon landings took place.

There is no debate to be had. Those that refuse to believe that the landings took place are ignoring reality and the mountains of evidence left behind. Again even the Soviets believed we landed on the moon and they were in the best position of anyone (EVER) to prove we didn't and they had the most to gain by proving that the U.S. didn't land on the moon.

You need to sell half of your brain to science if you think there is an "interesting" debate to be had about this.

We can see a pimple on the ass of a martian.

How come school kids, or anyone for that matter, can't go to an observatory and see the landing sites and what was left at them on the moon?
