Did they get rid of the your ads won't display unless you meet minimum bid?

For all of my keywords that it says have made the minimum bid, it says they're not showing because:

"The keyword phrase you've entered has a low search volume and isn't showing any of your ads.
If more users start searching for your keyword, your ad will begin to show. You don't need to do anything."

I search for the keyword and other ads for that keyword, why not mine?

When you say you can see your competitors ads, are you checking the correct Google format? For example if I was targeting Spain I would use Google.es.

Your problem may be the fact that the search volume is too low for your country or target area.

This mean that you use long tail keyword phrases. In some case, those keywords search volume is very low, so google design not to display to ads.

Yes.. you need to ensure you are looking at the correct google search results... you may have targetted your ads for a location and must be checking on google.com (which redirects you to the localized version)

Have you checked the search volume in Keyword tool for your targetted country....

your CPC depends on search volume, If volume is more your cpc is less. It is that straightforward.
