Did someone try to hack me? Will this affect SEO?

I did a search for my domain name on Google, and I found lots of links, mostly in blog guest books, with links like

    mydomain.com/free-viagra.html (not the real domain)

No such links exist on my site. So why are these appearing? Did someone try to hack my site and host that page? Is it a competitor trying to make my site look spammy? What is this???

Could be a proxy server, but I can't say for certain without seeing the domain name itself.

It could also be that the domain name has a rather dubious past and that the search engines haven't realized that it's "going legit" so to speak now that you own it.

These spam versions of my domain have only come into existence recently, and I did a search of the domain before I bought it, so I doubt this is a result of past use.

Can you PM the domain name to me and tell me which search terms you used so I can take a look for myself?
