Yes, I would say you were hacked. What kind of a script are you using? It sounds very insecure.

Start looking at your logs and figure out how they got in.

You probably did get hacked. Yeah you should look in your logs in stuff, and try to prevent it in the future. If you don't know how to fix the loophole, ask someone else who might have some knowledge on this.

This is definately a hack, you want to remove contens of your site and restore from backup if you have one.

Look for a script that is not yours. they normally find a way in and upload a script that emails them all your info passwords...... so try and look for it. Then make new passwords

Check the date of each file you have on your /www/ dir. That will show if a file was uploaded to your server or modified.

Check .htaccess and your config file too.

Yep, probably got hacked. talk to your webhost they'll probably have a backup..look at your logs etc...I got a whole bunch of weird visits from turkish and russian sites when one of my sites was hacked.

Your webhost will be able to tell you if they used an exploit in your cms or any other script or if they did it via ftp

    Hey dude,

Not probably, you sure got hacked. Congrates! Kidding....

My suggestions is before using any free scripts provided by someone else or you have taken it from google search. Makesure you go through all the scripts before using it on your site.
