    It basically depends on your Credit Card issuer, if it allows to have Credit on Credit Card, this is possible and generally done within a week's time. For me, this took 5 days.

    I don´t think it will come to UK or anywhere in Europe. Because there is no need as you can withdraw to your local bank account.
