Did anyone have any change with their page rank? I noticed that some of my clients did complain.

Well, is is said that it will affect only 1.1% of the website, so it is not a major improvement that can be noticed.

Page rank as in PR (then no) or position in search results? I held steady for most of my sites (depending on the region, though, as some I went up). Initially moved up with one site that has very good content, but almost zero off-site SEO. That keeps bouncing around, though; I think as it's new and a very competitive term.

You can evaluate yourself: when you're searching for something (I don't mean related to own or clients site, but from the view of a normal Google searcher), do you notice a change in the results you would normally expect? So far, mainly no change, but a bit cleaner on more specific searches that might be spammy. This has been a general trend over the months due to the various changes Google has made.

More than that. To quote Google:

It's good who doing his/her site by him/her self. I mean Penguin will weed out unconscious (who pays cheap linkwhell jobs) and conscious webmasters.

Everybody is so sure that Google doesn’t make mistakes, but it's a known fact that Google always asking for feed backs and usually they fix the algorithm after updating it.

I personally think it's made the web worse, Google is going into a scary direction and the reason most likely is so that no one can do anything to rank on Google.com unless Google is getting payed for it(adwords) or your site is an authority site like Wikipedia. The idea that any backlinks you make are deemed unnatural in Googles eyes is beyond ridiculous. They really don't understand or care(unless it effects their bottom line) how the web works

this recent google update is doubtful as ranking of most website disappear and you even able to find out what is reason. As you get confused after result that this drop is due to link or content of website.

Google Penguin is affecting the web-sites which, according to Google, are included in low-quality network through Link exchanges. Sites flagged for duplicate content, malware, excessive pop-ups, would be facing the decreases ranking in Google SERP.

Exactly. Google 's creativity is going down so now starts squeezing SEO (webmasters) so that they can make more money via adwords.

There is no page rank change in my website because I followed effective natural link building method. Even my clients are satisfied with this too.

Based on my experience, that percentage created a visible impact on some websites. Correct me if I'm wrong but I think the last Google Panda update (not this year but last year) was a lot gentler than the Google Penguin. Then again, the site I optimized last year that got hit by the Google Panda wasn't heavily affected, so, maybe that's why I think Penguin made a bigger impact that the Panda.

Yes! Totally agree. I keep getting calls from google asking me to signup for adwords, i guess soon google will start going door to door asking people to signup for adwords.

I got an email with a "come back to adwords, here have a $100 voucher" from Google. I haven't used Adwords for YEARS.

    They're getting desperate.
