Did not received confirmation email from adsense for website approval

It's true that Google AdSense doesn't like tech blogs for first approval, you need to have something unique. On the other side once you get approved by AdSense you can place ads on your tech blogs.

techdroidtheory.com was declined because of Android rooting, custom firmware that you talk about since its a Google Product they might not like it(maybe).

Same thing might be for hackmybyte.com as well.
I would suggest go for a niche site and then apply for AdSense freshly.
