Did not get payment for forum posting

Few days ago I saw a thread in BST section looking for forum posters and telling to pay $1 per post for this forum http://www.musicre.com/

I made posts there maintaining their rules and regulations but after finishing my posts of 25 posts (as they asked for that much) till date could not receive any payment from their end, everytime I contacted the person through email I got the reply the "payment processing team is delayed"

what should I do

 

There is nothing you can do to force payment. Wait for payment and if they don't pay you, leave them a negative itrader and forget about it.

 

Does it happen normally in DP ? Are there so many negative itraders in DP ?

 

What is the name of the member? Let us know so that we'll remember to ignore him in the future.

 

At $1 per post I would imagine he wanted you to post albums and not comment..... Assuming he is legit, and since the forum isn't legit there is a chance that he isn't either.

Not much you can do. Judging by the forum and that they link to illegal downloads, if they don't have a problem screwing artists, they probably don't have a problem screwing you.

$1 a post is a lot, higher than normal..that's a red flag that it may be a scam, or they over extended themselves depending on how may people they have doing it and ran out of money.

Consider it a learning experience and move on.

 

If you are reputable and have questions about a person ask for 20% upfront. They should be willing to go ahead with this, unless they are a scammer.
