did newsgroups help us to bring traffic

can anyone explain how newsgroup can bring gud traffic, did any one tried this method, is any application avilable for tat if so plz share

I think it do. The most important thing , it makes your members always updated about your site.

 

Newsgroups are an old concept IMO, they are around but mostly dying as a big traffic source. You'd be better off setting your target at something like facebook or twitter.

 

Newsgroups cannot generate targeted traffic, its usually very low and even if you do you cannot get loyal visitors to your blog. Business and politics related blogs work best for generating traffic through news group.
