did my site againts TOS the google ?

    dear all as a newbie i would ask that my site about video grab from youtube ,gioogle and all video streaming. i`ll put adsense latter at my site but i,m afraid its against google TOS, here my site :::video.disappointingeducation.com::: i need your suggest guys thanks

    As far as I know, it is Ok to put AdSense ads on a video site (right, someone else?).

    Its ok to use adsense on a video site as long as you own the copyright of them.

    Videos hosted on youtube and most other popular media sites do not have copyright...

    It is OK to have adsense on a video site as long as you do not host or link to any copyrighted material. You are quite within the adsense tos if you link to videos hosted on youtube and have adsense on those pages as youtube promptly removes all copyrighted videos.

    So, this makes the site against YouTube TOS. But the site is still withing the AdSense TOS.

    The YouTube addiction/clarification is quite silly IMHO. From one side they want as much publicity/traffic from other sites as possible, from another they do not want anyone to ride/share their success bandwagon. Way to go Google. :D

    i just put search and downloader for youtube any way i use open source for this script , but still againts TOS ? or only utube didnt like my site ?
