Did Living Social Copy Groupon?

    Does any know why hasn't Groupon sued Living Social for copying their website?

    The idea is not copyrighted? Both sites do the same but they are both different in design.

    Right, this was brought up in another thread relating to Groupon. I believe that LivingSocial did not copy any of the design and wrote their own script. They are obviously very similar daily deal sites, but as some said in the other thread, "you can't patent an idea."
