Did linking from same ip domains affect SERP?

    I have about 15 domains and i developed about 4 of them. The problem is that i backlink the 4 good domains from others hosted on same IP. This was from 4 months but only about 1 month and a half my sites dropped a lot in SERP, tried to put more backlinks and adding content but still not change. Can this be because of those links?

    Thanks for the link. He explains very well, but i`m interested if linking from the same ip adress domains affected my sites.
