I know it is google law but what i mean is in Bulgaria no body cares if he will win by lie,nobody cares if this is right ,he just wants to win.That`s my answer to some guy who told me that i have second chanse because of lie.

 

I believe in a second chance; Everyone can be wrong first time, so why not giving him a second chance? If he is not breaking the TOS i wish him all the luck in the world.

 

In my opinion you started fresh with a mistake: bragging about it. Childish stuff like this may have banned you the first time and could ban you again. My advice: keep a lower profile.

Please stop telling people here that everyone in Bulgaria is a cheater! I am a Bulgarian, I live in Bulgaria and I CARE ABOUT THE LAWS! In Bulgaria, as everywhere in the world, there are honest and dishonest people. This has nothing to do with the nationality!

Your behaviour here is a shame! Maybe you are too young but this is not an excuse!
