I am doing online business and earn 1.5k within last one and half months. All my funds are in PayPal and they limited my account. Now I am not able to produce the documents they ask.

Now I am in big crisis, and I am not having a single dollar at my hand !

I was having some big dream abt a big company !

    Is this the end ?

Did I want to stop my business and go away ?

    What you think !

Why dont you take xoom transfer...I assume that you are an Indian(like me),I think xoom transfer is very good and I personally have done it before. Are you able to access your account? If so opt in for xoom transfer or transfer your paypal money to some other paypal accounts (verified ones) and whom you think as trustworthy...they can then help u getting cheque from paypal,Trying doing all these,if none of it works contact paypal with an email, they sure will answer your questions within a day

There is no limit to the amount of money you can keep in your Paypal accounts.

What you need to do is to talk to Paypal about it. The documentations are there just to ensure that you are who you claim you are. You need to contact them if you do not explicitly have the same type of documentation they asked.

Worst come to worst, you can always go to your local police station or something and have them do a certify true copy of your ID. Have them confirm that the address which you placed in Paypal is the same as the one in your documentations (assuming it is actually the same).

Personal accounts are for individual use only and have limited access to PayPal's features. For those with a high transaction volume or the need to accept credit or debit cards, Premier and Business accounts offer the following premium services:
All the core features of a Personal account
Unlimited credit or debit card payment acceptance
    Subscriptions and Recurring payments
    PayPal Debit Card
    Mass Payment
    PayPal Shops
    Customizable Transaction History Logs
    7-day-a-week toll-free customer service
    Multi-user access
Ability to do business under a corporate or group name

Question : What is the maximum amount I can receive with PayPal?
Answer : There is no limit to the amount of money you may receive with PayPal's Business or Premier accounts. However, if you have a Personal account, you can only receive a limited number of credit- or debit card-funded payments per year. Personal accounts are assessed a transaction fee for receiving credit or debit card payments. See our fee schedule. To view your Personal account limit, log in to your account and click the View Limits link.

You also cannot receive more than $500.00 USD worth of payments per month for Goods and eBay Items payment types.
