i live in india i made a paypal accout recently and added a bank acct to it had some business and got 120$ in my acct yesterday i sent the money to bank acct now the problem is with the bank acct no i read the atm slip and put the ac no 000000xxxxxxxxxxx its a state bank acct but when i talked to my bank manager he told me the acct no is xxxxxxxxxxx (he removed the 000000 6 zeros ) i asked him about zeros he said its wrong so will i get money in my bank acct ? i really need it what happens if paypal cannot find a acct no by that no ? will i get my money back ? whom shall i contat ? plz some one give me advice
man , thats bad . But i dont think anything will happen to your money . maximum paypal will deduct $5 or so . and you will get a message saying that the bank account number is wrong . i am not sure . .but as far as i remember this is what will happen . hope you get your money soon .
all shit happened due to that 6 extra zero written on the ATM slip before the ac no. i hope payapl sends money to my bank acct i recived some more $$ now shall i remove the back acct and send money to new acct ? most important question will my acct will get limited due to this shit ?
Just relax, once the payment bounces back PayPal will refund you the money - Keep in mind this can take up to 90-180 days in some cases But, you didn't lose your money so that's good
I wouldnt wait i would call there support and talk to them directly its the best way of approaching this
i need to talk to some one who has sent money to his state bank acct from paypal and is from india any one ????????
What the heck is your problem? We just told you what is going to happen, I don't see what further assistance you need If you want to speed up the process you can try calling PayPal
if the account number is wrong then soon you will get back your money to your account.. or you can now stop the payment by emailing paypal and tell your bank wrote your acc. number wrong and so you enter the number wrong... and they will stop the transfer..... but if fail to stop then also you will get back your money since they will see that the account number you provide does not exist...
First ignore the ATM slip and refer to your bank statement. How it is written? Count the no of digits and see whether how many zeros they had prepended. If you have given paypal the account no same as that in your statement, then there should be no problem!
You can't add a wrong bank account, Paypal will not accept it. A little mistake on either your account # and account name stop the process. Take a look at your paypal account and check all transaction, it's either pending or canceled
i hope u lose a big amount like 500$ then u will understand my problem guys the transaction shows pending i cannot remove the the bank acct even as it has a pending transaction i have received some more $$ and i want to withdraw that too now i m sure that there r no zeros in the real acct no . so i need to remove it how can i remove it ? or shall i add another acct (the same without zeros ) and make the new one primary ? after how long can i remove it ? just now tried to add one without zeros cannot do so it says This bank account is already registered in your PayPal account. so r the both accts same ? so i said i need to talk to some one who has a sbi bank acct added to his paypal and lives in India
If you need to talk to someone, call the guys at paypal, they would know better than anyone about your situation. Trust me they are not gonna kill ya. what do you have to lose?
just wait and see if the payment goes through! dont panic! If you get payment you are LUCKY! If not you will be refunded $195. You will know within 10 days.
